This page is for Farmer, the app and the website that INNOVATIO PROFICIT d.o.o. ("Profico") runs on farmer.profi.co. If you use Farmer on a self-hosted server, the operator of that server holds your account. Ask them to delete it.
01How to ask
- Write to farmer@profi.co from the email address of your Farmer account.
- Use the subject "Delete my account".
- If the email address of your account is a different one, write it in the message.
02What happens next
We reply to confirm that the request comes from you. Then we anonymise your account within 30 days. After this, nobody can sign in to the account again. You do not need the app for any of these steps.
03What we delete
We replace these data with "Deleted user":
- Your name. We also remove your profile picture.
- Your email address. We replace it with an address that does not belong to you and does not receive email.
We delete these data:
- Your sessions, your sign-in methods (password, Google and other providers) and your API tokens.
- Your access grants to other apps, and any sign-in request or invitation for your email address.
- The phones and browsers that get your notifications.
- Your assistant conversations and your running timer.
- Your own preferences, your saved filing rules and your hidden tasks.
- Your links to Google Calendar, GitHub and Slack, and the settings of these links.
04What we keep
The time data inside a workspace belongs to the organization that runs that workspace, usually your employer. Your time entries, your absences, your project assignments and your place in the people list stay in that workspace as the organization's records. They show under "Deleted user", and Farmer marks you as a person who left. To delete them, ask the organization first.
The audit log of each workspace that you joined keeps the record of your changes and sign-ins before the anonymisation: your name as it was then, the IP address and the browser's user agent. Nobody can change these entries. The anonymisation adds new entries, which show "Deleted user". The old entries stay until the retention period of that workspace ends: 90 days, 1 year, 2 years or 7 years, as its administrators choose. After that time, Farmer deletes the entries.
